Not necessarily. Our Pro and Premium packages include gear sourcing — we recommend, purchase, and install everything. For the Starter package, you can supply your own monitor or we can source it for you at cost.
Most setups are completed in a single visit. The Starter package takes about 2 hours. The Full Workspace package takes roughly 4 hours. Our Command Center package is a full-day job to get everything perfect.
We currently serve the greater Washington D.C. metro area, including Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland. For locations outside our standard range, contact us to discuss scheduling and any travel fees.
Absolutely. We'll assess your current desk during the free consultation and determine the best mounting and cable management solutions that work with your existing setup. No need to replace anything unless you want to upgrade.
All installations come with a support window (7, 30, or 60 days depending on your package) where we handle any adjustments or issues at no charge. For equipment we source, manufacturer warranties apply and we help you navigate them.
Yes — we offer add-on visits for upgrades and expansions. Many clients start with a Starter setup and add a second monitor or lighting upgrade a few months later. We keep notes on your current setup so the upgrade is seamless.
