Got Questions?

Not necessarily. Our Pro and Premium packages include gear sourcing — we recommend, purchase, and install everything. For the Starter package, you can supply your own monitor or we can source it for you at cost.
Most setups are completed in a single visit. The Starter package takes about 2 hours. The Full Workspace package takes roughly 4 hours. Our Command Center package is a full-day job to get everything perfect.
We currently serve the greater Washington D.C. metro area, including Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland. For locations outside our standard range, contact us to discuss scheduling and any travel fees.
Absolutely. We'll assess your current desk during the free consultation and determine the best mounting and cable management solutions that work with your existing setup. No need to replace anything unless you want to upgrade.
All installations come with a support window (7, 30, or 60 days depending on your package) where we handle any adjustments or issues at no charge. For equipment we source, manufacturer warranties apply and we help you navigate them.
Yes — we offer add-on visits for upgrades and expansions. Many clients start with a Starter setup and add a second monitor or lighting upgrade a few months later. We keep notes on your current setup so the upgrade is seamless.

1. Acceptance

By visiting our website or booking any of our services, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, please stop using our site and services.

2. Service Description

Gulumoa provides professional home office tech setup services including monitor installation, cable management, ergonomic desk and chair configuration, desk and ambient lighting, and full workspace design. The exact scope is confirmed during your consultation and outlined in your service quote.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about your space, current equipment, and needs. You are responsible for ensuring your home is accessible for our technicians on the scheduled date. Any pre-existing electrical or structural issues are outside our scope unless agreed upon in writing.

4. Payments

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments beyond 10 business days may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

5. Guarantees & Liability

We guarantee professional workmanship within the scope of your package. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or equipment, or for issues caused by third-party products outside our control. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant service.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, logos, and code — belongs to Gulumoa LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without written permission.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the 50% deposit. Gulumoa reserves the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the laws of the District of Columbia.

9. Changes

Gulumoa may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
